Tim & Jody
Tim grew up in Northern Ireland and spent years working across London and Sydney before the itch to do something epic took over. Jody is a sunshine-loving Aussie who somehow agreed to spend 9 months in a van. Good call.
On July 4th 2018 they rolled out of Sydney in a Winnebago Bondi 2S and drove 30,000km anticlockwise around Australia — Queensland, the NT, WA, SA, and Victoria — before returning to Sydney in 2020.
Tim is also on a long-running mission to sample quality amber nectar wherever the road leads. The Great Ozzie Crawl was chapter one. The crawl continues. 🌏🍺

The Van That Carried Our Dreams Around Australia
This wonderful vehicle was our home on wheels for 9 months, while we completed the lap of Australia. 30,000km travelled!
Built on a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter platform, the Bondi 2S became our bedroom, kitchen, lounge room, and garage all at once — parked by beaches, red dirt tracks, and everywhere in between.
How Big is Australia? 🗺️
People underestimate how vast Australia really is. It’s bigger than the continental US, almost as large as all of Europe, and larger than the entire contiguous 48 states.
30,000km of it — in a van, over 9 months — and we still didn’t see everything. That’s Australia. 🇦🇺
